Tracy Stibitz

Tracy Stibitz, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Tracy began their career in 2000 at Corinthian Colleges, where they worked as a Registrar and later as a Business Office Manager. In these roles, they managed training programs and employee development while ensuring financial compliance with company and regulatory standards.

From 2008 to 2010, Tracy worked as an Executive Assistant at the U.S. Department of Education, where they provided support to the Department Director and consultants. Their responsibilities included event planning, staff training, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Tracy then transitioned into the hospitality industry, working as a Sales Manager at Hilton Garden Inn from 2010 to 2011. In this role, they supported customers through various channels and met monthly sales targets.

In 2011, Tracy took on multiple roles simultaneously. Tracy served as the General Manager at Quality Inn & Suites, where they achieved significant improvements in revenue and occupancy rates. Additionally, Tracy worked as the Operations Director at Sleep Inn & Suites, where they focused on marketing, staff training, and enhancing customer service. During this time, they also pursued their MBA at Colorado State University, which they completed in 2013.

Tracy's career continued with a brief position as a Sales Manager at Courtyard by Marriott Fort Collins in 2013 and as a GEAR UP Consultant at the Wyoming Department of Education from 2014 to 2016. In these roles, they utilized their expertise to drive sales and provide consulting services in the education sector.

Most recently, Tracy has been working as a Contract Administrator at Poudre School District since 2016.

Throughout their career, Tracy has demonstrated their ability to excel in various roles, displaying strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Tracy Stibitz holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology, which they pursued from the University of Wyoming during the period of 2009 to 2011. Following that, they went on to obtain a Masters degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University, focusing on Business administration, from 2011 to 2013.
