Janiece McNichols

Janiece McNichols has a comprehensive work experience in healthcare finance, holding various leadership roles over the years. Janiece served as the Executive Director of Finance at UCHealth from 2018, previously working as the Interim CFO at Centura Health. Prior to that, they held positions such as Regional CFO at Hawaii Health System Corporation and CFO at Centura Health. Janiece'scareer started at Saint Thomas Health Services as a Manager of Financial Systems before moving to SCL Health as the Manager of Decision Support and Revenue Integrity.

Janiece McNichols holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Henderson State University. Janiece later pursued a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. In addition, they studied Accounting at Colorado State University Global. Janiece has also obtained certifications as a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) and a Fellow of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (FHFMA) in 2015.
