Jim Oltman

Jim Oltman is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in network engineering and voice collaboration. Currently serving as a Senior Network and Voice Engineer at UCHealth since September 2025, Jim previously held the position of Voice and Collaboration Architect for the City and County of Denver, where the focus was on migrating from on-prem Cisco Unified Communications Manager to Webex Calling while integrating it with MS Teams. Additional experience includes roles as a Consulting Network Engineer at 24/7 Networks and a Senior Network Analyst at Chestnut Health Systems, as well as various positions at Chipotle Mexican Grill, including Voice Network Engineer. Jim possesses a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications Management from Illinois State University, earned in 2003.
