Pradipta Komanduri

Pradipta Komanduri, FACHE, is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in hospital operations and clinical services. Currently, as Chief Operating Officer at University of Colorado Hospital, Pradipta leads various operational teams, including patient flow and perioperative services. Pradipta co-founded Process and Things, LLC, focusing on innovative leadership training for emerging healthcare leaders. Previous roles include Vice President of Clinical Support Services at Seattle Children's and Vice President of Clinical Operations at Loyola University Health System, where oversight encompassed patient access, emergency departments, and clinical service lines.
