Joshua Noel

Joshua Noel has a diverse work experience in the technology and energy sector. Joshua began their career at Connecting Point of Greeley in 2005 as a Network Engineer. In 2010, they joined Poudre Valley REA as an IT System Analyst and later became the IT Administrator. Joshua then progressed to the role of Vice President/Technology & Strategy and eventually became the Vice President/Technology & Energy Resources. Throughout their tenure at Poudre Valley REA, Joshua demonstrated their expertise in IT and strategy management.

From 1998 to 2002, Joshua Noel attended the University of Northern Colorado, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services.
