Iris Goliger

Executive Director, Students with Exceptionalities at Poughkeepsie City School District

Iris Goliger is the current Executive Director of Students with Exceptionalities at Poughkeepsie City School District. Iris has been in this position since September of 2002. Prior to that, they were the Committee on Special Education Chairperson/Administrator at Rondout Valley CSD from September 2002 to August 2019. In that role, they were responsible for the development, operation and supervision of special education programs and related services, as well as coordination of all CSE responsibilities.

Iris Goliger earned a Certificate of Advanced Study in Educational Administration and Supervision from SUNY New Paltz.

Alisa Balestrino - Coordinator, Michelle O'gara - Coordinator report to Iris Goliger. Iris Goliger reports to Eric Jay Rosser, Superintendent. They work with Gregory Mott - Assistant Superintendent for Elementary Education, Charles Gallo - Assistant Superintendent for Secondary Education, and Jane O'shea - Director of Data, Accountability, & Assessment.
