Matt Ralphs

Matt Ralphs currently serves as the Talent and Recruitment Manager for Poundland & Dealz, overseeing recruitment for the UK and the Republic of Ireland since November 2020. Prior to this role, Matt held various positions in recruitment and marketing, including Group Recruitment & Project Manager at Stonegate Pub Company Limited and Recruitment & Marketing Manager at Bermondsey Pubs and Craft Union Pub Company. With extensive experience at Ei Group as Group Recruitment & Project Manager, Matt led a team focused on the recruitment journey for pub team members and publicans. Matt began their career as a Recruitment Coordinator at Punch Taverns and holds a BA Hons in Politics & Geography from Keele University.
