Rich Williams

Rich Williams currently serves as the Commercial Financial Controller at Poundland & Dealz since January 2023. Prior to this role, Rich held the position of Head of CX and Insight at Hallo Healthcare Group, where coordination of a £1.5m cost budget was a key responsibility. Rich's experience also includes serving as Project Lead for a Digital Warehouse Management System at McKesson, successfully delivering the project through two phases, and as Head of Finance for Digital & Marketing, developing long-range plans and budgets. Additional roles at McKesson involved restructuring finance teams and providing strategic support within the NHS at Celesio UK. Rich began the career journey at Lloydspharmacy, progressing through various finance roles over a decade. Rich's educational background includes CIMA and AAT qualifications from Kaplan International College London.
