Paul Barre

Paul Barre is an experienced retail professional with a career spanning several decades in various managerial roles. Currently serving as Area Manager at One Below Retail Ltd since February 2019 and at Poundworld Retail since March 2015, Paul is responsible for driving sales and profitability in areas generating approximately £30 million annually. Previous roles include Area Business Manager at Poundland and New Projects Manager at Safeway plc, with foundational experience as Store Manager at Farmfoods and Botterills of Blantyre. Paul has consistently demonstrated expertise in team leadership, operational management, staff recruitment and training, and fostering outstanding customer service. Education was completed at St Gregory High School from 1979 to 1984.
