Shawn Tsao

Shawn Tsao is a co-owner of Pour Decisions Craft, offering a unique blend of craft coffee and craft beer in San Jose, and serves on the Board of Trustees for the UC Berkeley Foundation. With a strong background in investment and hospitality, Shawn is a general partner and co-founder of RNR Capital, an investor in Queenly, and a founding partner of Umai Hospitality Group, which focuses on delightful food experiences. Additional roles include owner of The Halal Guys Inc., a pioneering brand in American Halal food, and founding partner at Beluga Capital, a venture capital fund targeting early-stage technology companies. Previous experience includes co-founding Caviar, Inc. and partnering in Munch On Me. Shawn holds a BA in Architecture & Sustainable Design from the University of California, Berkeley.
