Vince Cao

Vince Cao is a seasoned entrepreneur and strategic advisor with a diverse background in hospitality and technology. Currently serving as Co-Owner of Pour Decisions Craft in San Jose, Vince also co-founded Umai Hospitality Group and operates as an Independent Franchise Owner of The Halal Guys in Seattle. Additional roles include strategic advisory positions at Botrista Technology, Inc., and Ambii Inc., along with prior experience as a consultant for Spin - Electric Scooter Sharing and as a founding partner of Chick'n Rice, which features Thai chicken and rice locations. Vince has a strong foundation in business management, having led significant expansions for Caviar and its corporate catering division, and holds an MBA from San Jose State University and a BA in Communications from the University of California, Davis.
