About

The Culinary Team at Poverello House is responsible for preparing and serving three nutritious meals a day, 365 days a year, to those in need within the Fresno community. This team, led by the Executive Chef and Director of Culinary Services, ensures that meals are prepared with care and efficiency, maintains high standards of kitchen hygiene, and coordinates food donations and inventory. They also support various events and programs offered by Poverello House, enhancing the overall well-being of the clients they serve.
