Paul Nguyen possesses extensive experience in both the hospitality and education sectors. Currently serving as a Server/Front of House Lead/Trainer at Din Tai Fung Restaurant Group since July 2021, Paul demonstrates exceptional service skills and the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments. Simultaneously, since August 2015, Paul has been an instructor for marching bands at both Poway Unified School District and San Diego Unified School District, where significant contributions to award-winning bands have been made through the development of lesson plans and ensemble coaching for over 200 musicians. Previous experience as a Barista at Starbucks from June 2018 to October 2021 involved managing inventory and fostering community engagement. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from San Diego State University, completed in May 2022.
