Bernice Morquette

Bernice Morquette is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in media relations and client services management. Currently serving as Media Relations/Client Services Manager at Powell Communications since 2021, Morquette has successfully developed and implemented external communications strategies that increased media coverage by over 61% for various clients, including a top global consulting firm. Prior roles include Associate Director of Communications at Global Health Advocacy Incubator, where advocacy communications were advanced across multiple countries, and Senior Media Manager at Plan International USA, where crisis communications and media outreach strategies were coordinated for international development initiatives. Morquette has also contributed to education as an Alumni Advisor at Georgetown University and has a strong background in international communications from the Consumer Technology Association. Morquette holds a Master’s degree in Public Relations and Corporate Communications from Georgetown University and a Bachelor’s degree in International/Global Studies from the University of South Florida.
