Currently, Jennifer serves as the Human Resources Director at POWER, previously holding roles such as Director of Talent Engagement at Highmark Health and Director of Human Resources at UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh. With a strong focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Jennifer has successfully implemented innovative HR programs and led organizations through change.
