Rosa Davis

Rosa Davis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and advocacy within the nonprofit sector. Serving as the Chief Executive Officer at POWER (Pennsylvania Organization for Women in Early Recovery) since September 1992, Rosa Davis manages a $3.1 million budget, oversees organizational and board development, drives strategic planning, and engages in marketing, fundraising, and human resources development. Prior experience includes the role of Youth Advocate Supervisor at Pittsburgh New Futures, Inc., where Rosa Davis contributed to initiatives aimed at reducing teen pregnancy and dropout rates among young people. Rosa Davis holds a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh, complemented by additional training from the Carnegie Bosch Institute and participation in Leadership Pittsburgh, Class XVII.
