From September 1999 to March 2010, Kevin worked at Interactive Response Technologies as Operations Manager, responsible for managing accounts, supervising front-line staff, and coordinating with the staffing desk. Kevin's educational background includes studies at Broward College from 2014 to 2016 and City Colleges of Chicago-Harold Washington College from 1986 to 1990.
