Scott Quin joined PCI in 2007 and has more than 30 years of experience working with regulated and deregulated electricity markets in North America and abroad. They currently manage PCI’s Professional Services Organization (PSO) which is comprised of subject matter experts and project managers who monitor developments and deploy PCI software solutions in every North American energy market.
