Marissa Heckman

Marissa Heckman currently serves as the Vice President of Learning and Development at Power Digital Marketing, having significantly developed onboarding processes, training programs, and performance review resources since January 2017. Notable achievements include training over 250 managers, overseeing the onboarding of 700 employees with a retention rate exceeding 90%, and managing the proprietary employee development platform, novaTalent. Heckman is a certified coach and positive psychology practitioner, facilitating various training programs in areas such as emotional intelligence and productivity. Prior to this role, Marissa gained experience at Be Social Public Relations in multiple social media positions and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from San Diego State University, complemented by studies at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
