Mikayla Furlan

Mikayla Furlan currently serves as the Director of Marketing at fusepoint since January 2025 and has held multiple positions at Power Digital Marketing since February 2020, including Account Director of Growth Marketing and Internship Program Director, where achievements include scaling an internship program significantly and expanding the leadership team. Previously, Mikayla co-founded Rayka, now known as Whim, and held roles as Chief Marketing Officer and Director of Product Growth, while also managing international relations as International Affairs Manager at the San Diego Diplomacy Council and working as a Digital Marketing Specialist at DigitalMarketer. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in International Business from both San Diego State University and Universitat de Barcelona.
