Jim Owiecki

Jim Owiecki is an experienced product specialist with a diverse background in customer service and video production. Currently employed at eComfort.com since September 2015, Jim specializes in providing expert assistance on various products. In addition, Jim has worked for Power Equipment Direct since April 2010, focusing on sump pumps, water pumps, and pressure washers while aiding customers with troubleshooting and warranty concerns. As a volunteer public access producer for Wheaton Community Television from 1997 to 2012, Jim produced programming that addressed important community issues. Jim's earlier experience includes working in inside sales and customer service at Johnstone Supply from 1992 to 2008, where order processing and customer transactions were key responsibilities. Jim's educational background includes studies in computer science at Northeastern Illinois University.
