Eftichia Goula

Eftichia Goula is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Power Factors since January 2023, responsible for the full-life cycle recruiting process, conducting recruitment across multiple countries, and participating in employer branding activities. Previously, Eftichia interned at Netcompany-Intrasoft, serving as the first point of contact for candidates and managing candidate sourcing. Eftichia's experience also includes roles as an HR Administrator & Recruiter at Horizon Mrkt, where administrative and recruitment tasks were handled, and as a Customer Service and Order Assistant at COCO-MAT, along with a role as a Consular Assistant at the Greek Embassy in London during an Erasmus internship. Eftichia holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Athens University of Economics and Business, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Patras, along with Erasmus studies in Economics at John Von Neumann - University of Szolnok.
