Wendy Francis

Wendy Francis is an accomplished tax professional with extensive experience in international and corporate tax management. Currently serving as the Senior International Tax Director at Power Factors since August 2022, Wendy previously held various leadership roles, including Tax Director at G&A Partners and Vice President of Tax at Target Hospitality. Wendy has a proven track record of establishing tax departments, managing compliance, and leading tax planning initiatives across multiple organizations, including BILFINGER NORTH AMERICA INC. and Sasol North America. With a strong background in overseeing complex tax functions and financial reporting, Wendy also has experience in mergers and acquisitions, transfer pricing, and sales tax compliance. Wendy earned a BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University and has held pivotal roles in organizations such as MAXUS ENERGY CORPORATION and HMT INC.
