R S KUMAR has a diverse work experience spanning over more than a decade. R S started their career at HSBC Global Technology India as an Assistant Manager. R S then moved to Corporation Bank as an Assistant Manager in Industrial Development before joining Power Finance Corporation Ltd. as an Officer (Technical). Throughout the years, they progressed to higher positions such as Assistant Manager (Technical), Deputy Manager, and eventually held the role of Manager (Projects) and currently serves as Chief Manager (Projects) at Power Finance Corporation Ltd.

R S KUMAR completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics & Telecommunication from Orissa Engineering College, Bhubaneswar, from 2000 to 2004. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Information Technology from the University of Hyderabad, from 2005 to 2007.
