Swati G. started their career as a Management Intern at ONGC in 2009. Swati then worked as a Design Engineer at Freescale Semiconductor from 2007 to 2008, focusing on developing intellectual property modules for mobile chips. In 2010, they transitioned to the role of Chief Manager at Power Finance Corporation Ltd.

Swati G. completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication from Manipal Institute of Technology in 2007. Swati then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Management at the Indian Institute of Management, Shillong from 2008 to 2010. Prior to this, they attended Delhi Public School - R.K. Puram from 2001 to 2003. Swati also obtained additional certifications in Intellectual Property and Quality Management System.
