Rithik Agrawal

Rithik Agrawal began their work experience in August 2021 as a Software Engineer in the Service Validation Team at Jio. They performed various testing and collaborated with cross-functional teams to launch multiple features. In October 2021, Rithik was promoted to Software Engineer Team Lead, where they led a team of 20+ engineers working on the JioMeet App. They also mentored and trained new recruits. In August 2022, Rithik joined Power Financial Wellness, Inc. as a Junior Developer, where they designed and implemented visually aesthetic user interfaces and worked on the product development.

Rithik Agrawal completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Information Technology at Gyan Ganga Institute of Technology Sciences from 2017 to 2021. In addition to their formal education, they obtained various certifications from LinkedIn, including "Git Essential Training: The Basics," "Node.js Essential Training," "Introduction to Data Structures & Algorithms in Java," "HTML Essential Training," "React.js Essential Training," "Search Techniques for Web Developers," "JavaScript Essential Training," and "Learning ECMAScript 6+ (ES6+)" in the year 2022. Rithik also acquired certifications in Excel 2016 Essential Training, Excel 2019 Essential Training, Excel: VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP for Beginners, and Business Analyst, Business Consultant, Data Processing Specialist, Proficiency in English, Software Development Trainee, and in English Comprehension from Aspiring Minds in 2020. Additionally, they gained certifications in Java Fundamentals, Database Design, and Database Programming with SQL from Oracle in June and April 2020, respectively.
