Janel P. Phillip, SHRM - SCP, MSc, NLP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Executive Manager of HR Business Support at Caribbean Airlines Ltd since July 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing operational HR issues and ensuring compliance with policies. Previously, Janel held various HR roles at The Power Generation Company of Trinidad and Tobago, contributing significantly to organizational change, employee engagement, and HR strategy development.
