Adib Kharsa is a skilled leader with extensive experience in driving operational excellence and enhancing organizational capabilities. Currently serving as the General Manager at Power Grid Components, Inc., Adib is responsible for full P&L management and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Previously, at Eaton, Adib led strategy execution for quality and claims operations in critical power systems, overseeing substantial sales and significantly reducing inventory. With a Master’s in Business Administration from Lamar University and ongoing education as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Adib combines strong analytical skills with strategic planning to deliver impactful results across various manufacturing environments.
