Keith Mayer

Keith Mayer has extensive experience in financial leadership and management across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Power Grid Components, Inc. since May 2018, Mayer oversees financial operations for a supplier of products used in the North American electric power grid. In addition, Mayer has been a member of the Board of Directors at Functional Devices, Inc. since January 2019, contributing to the design and manufacturing of electronic devices. Previously, Mayer held the Chief Financial Officer role at Kele, Inc., and Jordan Company, managing financial strategies for companies involved in building automation systems and window and door manufacturing, respectively. Mayer's early experience includes positions as Controller at Shelby County Schools and Accounting Manager at Cummins Inc., complemented by a BACC in Accounting from the University of Mississippi and an MBA.
