Don Gates

Don Gates has a diverse work experience in the field of digital media and design. Don started their career in 2004 as a UI Designer/Engineer at LSI Corporation, where they worked until 2007. Afterward, they founded dg Consulting, serving as a Digital Media Consultant from 2007 to 2011. In 2009, Don also worked as an Adjunct Faculty at The Art Institute of California until 2011. Don then joined Power Integrations as a Senior Video, Audio, and Motion Graphics Designer in 2011, and their tenure there extends to the present.

Don Gates attended Indiana University Bloomington but did not complete a degree. Don also attended Ex'pression College for Digital Arts but did not complete a degree there either. Additionally, Don engaged in self-directed learning, indicating a commitment to ongoing education outside of traditional academic institutions.
