Product Development Program Manager at Power Integrations

Marc Gilbert has a strong background in product development and program management. Marc has worked in various roles at different companies throughout their career.

Starting in 1981, Marc worked as a Design Engineer and Process Engineer at Eastman Kodak. Marc then moved on to National/Fairchild Semiconductor, where they held roles in Product Engineering and Factory & Product Transfer. During this time, they led product development teams and provided support for market launch, manufacturing, quality, and cost reduction.

In 1995, Marc worked as a Research Project Manager at Sematech, where they analyzed future-factory productivity improvements for different technologies.

Marc then worked at Texas Instruments as the Integration Manager for a company merger before joining Intersil as a Product Development Program Manager in 2012. At Intersil, they oversaw new product development and managed engineering projects and customer programs.

From 2017 to 2020, Marc served as the Director of Business Operations at ON Semiconductor, where they were responsible for managing business operations.

In 2020, they joined Renesas Electronics as a Product Development Program Manager, where they continued to oversee product development programs.

Currently, Marc is working at Power Integrations as a Product Development Program Manager, contributing their expertise in managing new product development projects.

Throughout their career, Marc has demonstrated leadership, project management, and engineering skills, ensuring effective and timely release of products to the market.

Marc Gilbert attended the University of Maine from an unknown start year until 1985, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
