Michael Hornkamp

Michael Hornkamp has a diverse work experience in the field of power electronics. Michael started their career at Stromag, where they worked as a hardware developer and later took on roles in service and technical project management. Michael then joined Infineon Technologies, where they held various positions related to marketing, business responsibility, and application engineering for medium power IGBT modules. After that, they worked at CT-Concept Technology AG as the Director of Technical Marketing. Currently, they are with Power Integrations, where they have held roles as a Managing Director in regional marketing and system engineering, Senior Director of Marketing for high power, and Senior Director of Business Development in the automotive sector. Additionally, Michael Hornkamp authored a reference book on IGBT modules during their time at IGBT-Book.

Michael Hornkamp attended Fachhochschule Südwestfalen from 1992 to 1996. Michael earned a degree in Energietechnik and was awarded the title of "Dipl.-Ing" upon completion of their studies.
