Nancy L. Gioia

Nancy Gioia is an experienced board member with a demonstrated history of leadership in various organizations. Currently serving on the boards of Exro Technologies Inc., Power Integrations, and Brady Corporation, Nancy holds significant roles such as Chair of the Management Development and Compensation Committee at Brady Corporation. Previous board experience includes roles at Lucid Motors, Meggitt PLC, Blue Current, Exelon, and Inforum. Nancy's career at Ford Motor Company spanned over 30 years in engineering and strategic roles. Nancy holds a Master's Degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
