Roland Saint-Pierre, Jr. has extensive experience in the field of electrical engineering and power supply design. Roland started their career in 1990 as a Power Supply Design Engineer at Lockheed Martin. Roland then worked at GE as a Research Associate before joining Motorola as a Lead Engineer in the Energy Systems Group. In this role, Roland designed power supplies and battery chargers for various applications and managed a team of technical support personnel.

Roland later joined Texas Instruments as a Systems Engineer, where they developed system specifications and IC design requirements for battery management products. Roland also validated pre-production silicon and developed reference design materials. Following this, Roland worked at On Semiconductor as a Sr. Field Applications Engineer, providing technical support to customers.

In 2001, Roland took on the role of an Adjunct Instructor at Gwinnett Technical College. Roland taught electrical engineering courses for a year before joining Power Integrations as the Director of New Product Definition. Roland Saint-Pierre, Jr. began their education in 1986 at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering. Roland completed their undergraduate studies in 1990. Subsequently, from 1990 to 1993, they attended Binghamton University and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical Engineering. Afterward, Roland returned to Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1993 to continue their education. Roland pursued coursework towards a Ph.D. in Electrical Power Engineering, but did not receive the degree.
