Saurabh Dutta Chowdhury has extensive work experience in the semiconductor industry. Saurabh started their career at Applied Materials as a Sr. Process Engineer, where they collaborated with key accounts and provided technology support for major customers. Saurabh then joined Cypress Semiconductor as a Principal Engineer, where they developed advanced technology for SRAM memory modules and transferred it to high-volume manufacturing. After that, they worked at Maxim Integrated Products as an Engineering Manager, where they managed the Dallas Fab and led R&D and manufacturing areas for wafer fabrication processes.

Saurabh later joined Transphorm Inc., where they held multiple roles. As the Director of Foundry Process Engineering, they led the reliability qualification and yield improvement for GaN-based power MOSFETs. Saurabh later became the Senior Director of Front End and WLP Foundry and AFSW Business Development, where they successfully managed key foundry initiatives and built strong relationships with partner fabs. Their responsibilities also included driving production metrics and coordinating fab production reviews. Saurabh continued their career at Transphorm as the Senior Staff of the Foundry-Technology Group, focusing on GaN and Si HV Power MOSFET.

Currently, Saurabh is working at Power Integrations as the Senior Staff of the Foundry-Technology Group, where they apply their expertise in GaN and Si HV Power MOSFET.

Saurabh Dutta Chowdhury has a diverse education history. Saurabh attended The University of the South from 1990 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) Cum Laude degree in Physics and Math/Computer Science. Following this, they pursued further education at the Rochester Institute of Technology from 1993 to 1994. There, they were awarded a fully funded SRC/Sematech Fellowship and obtained a Master's degree in Microelectronics Engineering.

In 1998, Saurabh enrolled in Santa Clara University's Master of Business Administration (MBA) program, which they completed in 2001. Finally, they attended the prestigious Harvard Business School for the Program for Leadership Development in 2006 and 2007, focusing on executive leadership.

Throughout their educational journey, Saurabh Dutta Chowdhury has acquired a strong foundation in various fields, including physics, math/computer science, microelectronics engineering, and business administration.
