Nazım Akdoğan

Nazım Akdoğan is an experienced quality management professional with a solid background in the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as the Quality Manager and Quality Team Leader at Power-Packer since February 2018, Nazım oversees all quality sub-functions including team management, quality KPI tracking, customer complaint management, and quality system documentation. Prior experience includes roles at Gates Powertrain/Turkey as a Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer and Laboratory Responsible, where responsibilities encompassed managing supplier complaints and auditing processes. Additionally, Nazım worked at AL-KOR as the Serial Production Quality Responsible and Quality Engineer, specializing in serial production inspections and defect analysis. Nazım holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Balıkesir University.
