Christoph Glur is a seasoned entrepreneur and expert in data strategies and business intelligence, currently serving as the Founder of Power Partners since January 2020, where the focus is on making Power BI accessible for businesses of all sizes. As the Founder and CEO of ipub GmbH since 2005, Christoph has been instrumental in aiding banks and data-driven companies to enhance their data strategies. Previous experience includes being a Founding Partner at Sofistar, where a quant trading platform was developed for hedge funds, and working as a Quant Developer at Man Group, focusing on quant research and technology. Early career experience involved product management at Framesoft AG, specializing in Repo trading and securities lending platforms. Christoph holds a Master’s degree in Econometrics and Mathematical Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science, a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science from ETH Zürich, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from HEC Lausanne, complemented by an Erasmus program at Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
