Shivika Dewan

Shivika Dewan has a diverse range of work experience. Shivika started their career as a Software Tester Trainee at JK Technosoft Limited in 2017, where they worked on the Patient Registration and OPD module of the Health Care System. Shivika was responsible for writing unit and integration test cases and collaborated with six different teams to understand how different modules of the system interacted with each other.

In 2018, Shivika joined Central Washington University as a Student Program Assistant, where they promoted activities, offered guidance, and provided administrative assistance to international students transitioning to US culture. Shivika also served as a Teaching Assistant during this time, providing support in various academic tasks.

In 2019, Shivika worked as a Software Trainee at Wallero Technologies Inc, where they developed the next-gen Application Tracking System for Recruitment. Shivika had regular client interactions, followed Scrum methodology, and was involved in task estimation and progress reporting.

From 2020 to 2023, Shivika worked at GEODIS as a Software Developer. During their time there, they played a pivotal role in developing a Rating Tool for different carriers, resulting in significant cost savings. Shivika also developed code for over 50 customers, integrating Connect ship Tool Kit using C# and VB Scripts.

Currently, Shivika is working as an Application Developer at Power Partners since 2023. No specific end date is provided for this role, indicating that they are still employed there.

Shivika Dewan earned a Master's degree in Computational Science from Central Washington University in the years 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2017, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Application (BCA) at VIPS, Guru Gobind Singh Indarprastha University.
