Global Director Of Corporate Quality at Power Plant Services

Michael Halfpenny has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Michael is currently the Global Director of Corporate Quality at Power Plant Services, where they oversee quality standards and processes. Prior to this, they worked as the Manager of Process at the same company. Michael also served as the Mold shop and Continuous Improvement manager at Gerresheimer Glass, Inc. from 2017 to 2021. Before that, they held the position of Planning Engineering and Quality Manager at Hi-Tech Manufacturing from 2010 to 2017. Michael is currently seeking a new assignment after serving as Plant / Operations Management from 2009 to 2010. Michael'sprevious roles include Operations / Engineering Manager at L.A.B. Equipment, Plant Manager at A-Korn Roller, Inc., and Quality Manager at National Cycle. Michael also has extensive experience at Saint Gobain Universal Abrasives, where they served as Operations Manager, and Precision Carbide Tool, where they held various managerial positions including Resharp Department Manager, Director of Quality and Engineering, Engineering Manager, and Design Engineer.

Michael Halfpenny completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University, from 1988 to 1993. Michael also pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on family from the same institution from 1988 to 1992. In addition, they hold certifications in Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption V2.02 from Traliant, obtained in 2022 and 2023.
