Michael Minniear

Michael Minniear possesses extensive experience in data strategy and engineering within the gaming and aerospace industries. Currently serving as "Power It Up!" at Power Promotions LLC since July 2022, Michael previously co-founded ACS Solutions, Inc., where a commitment to enhancing casino data analytics and IT systems was central to operations. As the Assistant Director of Business Strategy Development at Pechanga Resort & Casino from February 2009 to May 2019, Michael specialized in leveraging analytics and data science to drive growth in casino profitability. Earlier roles included Quality Engineer at Guidant and Aeronautical Engineer positions at NAVAIR and Sparta (now KPIT). Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
