Mary Jensen

Mary Jensen is the founder of IRRealized, LLC, a full-service investor relations and capital markets consulting firm. Mary is a proven strategic communicator and investor relations professional with progressive in-house experience in corporate strategy, marketing, business development, capital markets and investor relations. With approximately 20 years of experience within the REIT/Commercial Real Estate industry, Mary has been directly accountable for developing and implementing strategic investor relations and capital markets strategies that lead to shareholder value, enhance corporate brands and create positive perceptions across the C-Suite and Board. She has successfully executed on a variety of strategic investor relations initiatives, which have included raising capital via fund and equity vehicles while structuring the appropriate messaging for internal and external audiences. Ms. Jensen holds a Master of Business Administration from the Graziadio School of Business and Management, Pepperdine University. She is an active member of AZCREW Phoenix, a member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) and the National Association of Real Estate Investments Trusts (NAREIT). She also serves as a Director and Treasurer on the Komen South Carolina Board and serves as a chapter leader for the Pepperdine Phoenix Waves.
