Brent Denny has an extensive work experience in the power generation industry. Brent started their career in 1996 as a Supervisor, Foreman, Millwright, Boilermaker, and Safety personnel at TradesmanSolutions, where they were involved in the repair and maintenance of various power generation facilities. Brent then worked as a Supervisor and Foreman at PIC Group, Inc. from 2006 to 2008.
In 2008, Brent joined MD&A as a Class A Millwright, where they performed maintenance on steam turbines of varying sizes. Brent worked there until 2009.
After that, Brent worked at Granite Services, Inc. from 2010 to 2014. Brent initially served as a Steam Turbine Field Engineer and Instructor, performing outage maintenance, upgrades, and repairs on steam turbines. During the off season, they worked as a Steam Instructor, providing training to new field engineers in Schenectady, New York, and the craft labor force in Houston, Texas, and Manila, Philippines. From 2014 to 2018, Brent worked at Exelon Nuclear as a Turbine Services Lead, overseeing turbine-related activities. Brent then joined Dominion Energy as a Maintenance Specialist from 2018 to 2019 and later served as a Superintendent Nuclear Turbines from 2019 to 2021.
Currently, Brent is employed at Power Services Group, Inc. as a Senior Project Manager, a role they assumed in August 2021.
