James P. Vikidel

James P. Vikidel is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and technical roles within the automotive and emergency services sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Power Solutions International since October 2022, James leads the industrial business unit, overseeing diverse engine initiatives and collaborating with engineering teams on product offerings. James also holds a long-standing position as a Firefighter/EMT at LaGrange Park Fire Department since January 2011. Previously, James worked at Fiat Powertrain Technologies of North America, Inc., from November 2011 to November 2022, where roles included NAFTA Technical Customer Manager and Senior Application Engineer, with a focus on diesel engine calibration and technical support. James earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Ferris State University and completed Emergency Medical Technician training at Triton College.
