Michael Keps

Michael Keps has extensive work experience in the field of internal audit. Michael started their career at Northrop Grumman Corporation as the Director of Internal Audit in 1985. Michael then joined Arthur Andersen as a Partner in 1995. In 2002, they became a Managing Director at Protiviti, where they held the position until 2015. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at FTD, Inc. as the Vice President of Internal Audit. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President of Internal Audit at Power Solutions International, starting in November 2018.

Michael Keps has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from DePaul University and an M.B.A. in Finance, also from DePaul University.
