Jon Shen has extensive experience in marketing and leadership roles. Jon began their career at Starcom MediaVest Group, where they worked as a Media Planner/Buyer and was eventually promoted to Media Supervisor. In 2002, they joined The Integer Group as an Associate Media Director, managing media strategy for the Coors Brewing Company account.
In 2007, Jon moved to Conagra Brands, where they held various senior director positions in digital marketing, social media, and consumer promotions. Jon played a key role in evolving Conagra's marketing approach in the digital age, integrating digital, promotions, and social media into a seamless consumer experience. Additionally, they led a company-wide SG&A efficiency program, resulting in significant cost savings.
In 2018, Jon joined FTD Companies as the Senior Director of Brand Marketing, where they redefined the FTD.com brand and later became the Vice President of Marketing. Jon then transitioned to Power Stop LLC in 2019 as the Vice President of Marketing, responsible for leading marketing efforts for the automotive aftermarket brake company. In February 2022, they were promoted to Chief Marketing Officer, where they continue to develop and expand the PowerStop brand among various audience segments.
Throughout their career, Jon Shen has demonstrated their expertise in marketing, brand development, digital strategy, and leadership, making significant contributions to the companies they have worked for.
Jon Shen attended Indiana University Bloomington from 1994 to 1998, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General.
