John Pires

John Pires is currently a Partner in Energy Infrastructure at Power Sustainable and serves as a Member on the Board of Directors at Nautilus Solar Energy, LLC and Potentia Renewables Inc. Prior to these roles, John held the position of Vice President, Head of Investments at Export Development Canada and Vice President, Global Head of M&A and Project Finance at Northland Power Inc. John also served as a Vice President in Corporate Finance and various positions in M&A at Brookfield Renewable Energy Group. Before that, John held various positions in Corporate Development and Portfolio Management at ENMAX. John graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science and obtained their Chartered Financial Analyst qualification from the CFA Institute.
