Kyle Joval

Kyle Joval currently serves as Vice President at Power Sustainable since October 2023, after a tenure as Vice President at Agentis Capital from April 2023 to October 2023. Previously, Kyle held various roles at Northland Power Inc., including Director of Corporate Development for Latin America, Manager of Corporate Development for Latin America, and Associate in M&A and Project Finance from September 2017 to April 2023. Prior experience includes working as an Associate at KPMG Corporate Finance from January 2016 to January 2019, managing mandates in Canada’s middle market. Kyle also worked at KPMG LLP as a Tax Specialist in Mergers & Acquisitions Tax and as a Tax Specialist in the Canadian Tax team between August 2011 and December 2015. Earlier experience includes serving as a Claims Examiner at the Association of Insured Chartered Accountants from April 2010 to July 2011. Kyle graduated from McMaster University.
