Jessica Deegan

Ms. Deegan earned a BA degree in Communications, minor in Graphic Design from Upper Iowa University, and a Journalism Certificate from Madison College. Over her career, she has gained skills in marketing, editing, corporate communications, and graphic design work. Ms. Deegan is responsible for all internal and external marketing at PSE.
