Paulo Barrella has a diverse background in pricing, supplier relations, product management, business analytics, marketing, inventory management, and operations. Paulo began their career at Pirelli Wire and Cable as an export manager, where they successfully reengineered internal processes and increased sales by 10%. Paulo then joined Anixter, where they held different roles including VP of Operations & Inventory, VP of Implementation - New Business, General Manager of Anixter Jorvex Peru, and RVP of Marketing & Inventory Management for CALA. At Anixter, they effectively managed vendor relationships, implemented business processes, and consolidated the sales force. Currently, Paulo is the VP of Pricing at Power & Tel, where they are responsible for developing pricing strategies, improving supplier relationships, and driving analytics-driven pricing and sales promotions. Paulo also has experience in analyzing data, proposing pricing models, and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
Paulo Barrella completed the Essentials of Management Program at the University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School in 2001. In 1985, they attended Amana Key Brazil for a course in Negotiation. From 1978 to 1982, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering at Escola de Engenharia Mauá.
