Deepa Shah

Deepa Shah is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as People Director at Bupa since September 2017, Deepa leads the HR team for the Head Office, supporting 500 senior employees and acting as a business partner to Bupa's Executive Committee. Key achievements include launching Workday in the UK and developing a new job framework. Since July 2022, Deepa has also been a member of the Board of Trustees for Power to Change. Prior to Bupa, Deepa held senior HR management roles at BT, Exterion Media, and other organizations, demonstrating a strong track record in business transformation, leadership coaching, and employee engagement initiatives. Deepa holds a PG Diploma in Human Resource Management from London Metropolitan University and a degree in Biomedical Science with a focus on Psychology from King's College London.
